Palm Sunday |
Holy Week begins on Sunday with Palm Sunday, the day Jesus rode into Jerusalem hailed as king. This powerful event marked the beginning of the last week of Jesus' life. Pastor Paul's sermon is "Shouts of Proclamation" and holds up the many voices of Palm Sunday.

Easter Sunday |
I have the privilege of preaching on the great resurrection chapter of 1 Corinthians 15. My sermon will focus on what the Apostle Paul declares in this chapter about our resurrection faith & why we can believe Jesus was raised from the dead, even if we weren't there to see it with our own eyes.

Palm Sunday |
The sermon will look at the situation that Jesus was entering when he came into Jerusalem. Things that can on the surface appear joyful and positive are often covering fear and pain underneath the surface. When Jesus enters Jerusalem, everything seems great, but Jesus looks around and knows it's too late to turn back- so he continues on with his disciples. What can we learn from Jesus' example about how to handle situations we dread?

Palm Sunday "Jesus: The King Who Comes" |
Holy Week begins with Palm Sunday. It was on this day that Jesus made his very visible entrance into Jerusalem. Jesus harbored no false hopes about what awaited him there. He knew he was coming to Jerusalem to die. His entrance into the city was carefully planned out to proclaim who he was and why he was coming to the holy city. This Sunday's message sheds light on all that Jesus did on Palm Sunday and its symbolic power.
